이 정보는 전적으로 사용자가 콘텐츠를 저장, 분류, 검색하고 다시 열람할 수 있도록 지원하는 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

3. 이미지, 동영상 및 파일 처리 (스마트 참조 저장)

사용자가 이미지, 동영상 또는 문서 파일을 호주머니로 공유하는 경우 앱은 기기 저장 공간 낭비를 방지하기 위해 가능한 한 기존 원본 파일을 중복 복사하지 않습니다.

• 원본 파일에 지속적으로 접근할 수 있는 경우, Android의 콘텐츠 URI를 안전하게 참조하여 관리합니다.
• 공유된 URI가 임시 파일이거나 장기 접근이 어려운 경우에 한하여, 콘텐츠 보존을 위해 앱의 비공개 샌드박스 저장공간에 복사하여 안전하게 보관합니다.
• 호주머니 앱에서 항목을 삭제하더라도 기기 갤러리나 일반 저장공간에 있는 원본 파일은 임의로 삭제되지 않습니다.

사용자가 웹페이지 링크를 공유하는 경우, 앱은 해당 콘텐츠를 식별하기 위해 공개적으로 접근 가능한 웹 정보에서 페이지 제목, Open Graph 메타데이터, 요약 설명, 썸네일을 확인합니다.

5. 네이버 카페 및 외부 커뮤니티 데이터

호주머니는 네이버 카페, 다음 카페 등 외부 커뮤니티 계정의 로그인 정보나 비밀번호를 절대 수집하지 않습니다. 공유된 게시글의 제목과 공개 Open Graph 정보만을 확인하며, 비공개 카페 글이나 회원 전용 콘텐츠를 우회 수집하지 않습니다.

호주머니는 사용자의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 하여 Local-First(로컬 우선) 방식으로 동작합니다.

• If a shared URI is temporary, the App copies the file into its private sandbox storage to ensure long-term preservation.
• Deleting items inside Hojumeoni never deletes original files from your system gallery or device storage.

When a webpage link is shared, the App fetches publicly available Open Graph metadata (title, preview image, summary) to generate a helpful bookmark card.

Hojumeoni is built on a Local-First foundation:

• All saved links, files, tags, notes, categories, and search indexes are stored strictly inside the App's private local sandbox on your device.

Musahi is a device-local (Local-First) application that does not require user registration or account login.

• Military service profile information, schedules, and financial records entered by the user are stored strictly on the user's local device and are never transmitted to or stored on developer-operated servers.
• When opening external webpages, resolving bookmark titles, utilizing Naver Cafe features, or using Google ML Kit, communication with external service providers or diagnostic telemetry may occur as described below.

Purpose: Used to calculate estimated monthly salary, total savings contributions, and maturity projections.

2.4 Bookmarks and App Settings

3. Storage Location and Data Retention

• All data entered or created by the user is stored locally in Room Database, SharedPreferences, DataStore, and app-specific private sandbox storage.

• The WebView may utilize JavaScript, local web storage, session cookies, and third-party cookies to maintain active login sessions.

• The developer does not collect, monitor, or store usernames, passwords, or authentication cookies on developer servers.
• Clearing app data or uninstalling the App clears WebView cookies and temporary cache files.

6. Google ML Kit and OCR Processing

Musahi incorporates Google ML Kit On-Device Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract text from images (such as duty rosters or event schedules) for convenient calendar registration.

• Extracted text is processed locally in temporary memory while the user reviews and edits it, and is saved to the local Room database only if the user saves the event.
• The Google ML Kit SDK may transmit non-personal telemetry (device model, OS version, package name, API latency and usage metrics) to Google for diagnostic, security, and performance optimization purposes under Google's Privacy Policy.

7. User-Initiated Sharing Features

Musahi provides features allowing users to share schedules or unit visit details with third-party applications.

• Share Contents (Optional): Schedule title, date/time, location, military unit name/address, user-written notes.
• Sharing is executed strictly upon explicit user action (tapping the Share button).
• Users should ensure that sensitive military security details, unannounced operational schedules, internal military base layouts, or confidential rendezvous points are not inadvertently shared.

O-NEUL은 사용자의 일상 기록을 다루는 앱이므로 기기 내부(로컬) 저장을 원칙으로 합니다.

• 앱 이용을 위한 회원가입이나 로그인을 필수로 요구하지 않습니다.
• 이름, 주민등록번호, 연락처, 기기 고유식별값 등을 수집하는 별도의 자체 회원 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
• 녹음된 음성 파일, 작성한 일기 내용, 감정 태그, 기억 후보 및 설정 정보는 기본적으로 사용자의 단말기 내부 비공개 저장 영역(Room DB 및 앱 전용 폴더)에만 저장됩니다.

2. AI 분석과 외부 전송

사용자가 음성 일기 분석, 요약, 기억 정리 등의 AI 기능을 실행할 때, 앱은 처리에 필요한 일기 본문 텍스트, 사용자 요청 메모, 이전 기억 후보 텍스트를 Google의 Gemini API로 전송합니다.

• 음성 파일 원본은 외부 AI 서버로 직접 전송되지 않으며, 기기 내 음성인식(STT) 또는 텍스트 변환 과정을 거친 텍스트만 전송됩니다.
• 사용자는 AI 분석 기능을 사용하지 않고 로컬 음성 일기 기능만 독립적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 사진과 영상 미디어 처리

• 갤러리에서 선택한 사진·영상은 원래 위치에 그대로 유지되며, 앱은 해당 미디어를 표시하기 위한 안전한 URI 연결 정보만을 저장합니다.
• 앱에서 직접 촬영한 사진은 기기의 Pictures/O-NEUL, 영상은 Movies/O-NEUL 영역에 저장됩니다.
• 사진과 영상 파일은 AI 분석 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 일기나 앱 데이터를 삭제하더라도 기기 갤러리의 실제 원본 사진·영상은 삭제되지 않습니다.

4. 정보의 보유 및 삭제

• 로컬 데이터 삭제: 앱 내 설정의 [모든 기록 삭제] 또는 Android 애플리케이션 정보에서 데이터를 즉시 완전 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• Google Drive 동기화 데이터 삭제: 앱 설정 내 [Drive 동기화 데이터 삭제] 기능 또는 Google 계정의 [연결된 앱 관리]에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 앱 삭제: 앱을 기기에서 제거(Uninstall)하면 로컬 데이터베이스 및 음성 파일은 운영체제 정책에 따라 즉시 완전히 파기됩니다.

5. 백업 및 Google Drive 동기화

사용자가 직접 백업을 실행하면 음성 파일, 일기 내용, AI 결과가 포함된 백업 파일이 생성되며, 사용자가 입력한 비밀번호 기반 AES-GCM 방식으로 강력하게 암호화됩니다.

6. 앱 권한 안내

• 마이크: 음성 일기 녹음
• 카메라: 일기 첨부용 사진/영상 직접 촬영
• 알림: 녹음 진행 상태 및 일기 작성 알림
• 인터넷: AI 분석 요청 및 Google Drive 동기화 통신
• 부팅 완료 수신: 기기 재시작 후 사용자가 설정한 알림 재예약
• 포그라운드 서비스: 화면이 꺼지거나 백그라운드 전환 시에도 녹음 유지

7. 광고 및 분석 도구

현재 버전의 O-NEUL에는 광고 SDK, 사용자 행동 추적 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 향후 변경 사항이 있을 경우 사전에 본 방침을 개정하고 안내하겠습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보 보호

O-NEUL은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

1. Core Principle & Information We Collect

O-NEUL operates primarily on an on-device (local-first) storage model:

• The App does not require user registration or account creation.
• We do not operate a user database that collects names, national ID numbers, contact lists, or persistent device identifiers.
• Recorded voice files, journal entries, sentiment tags, memory candidates, and app preferences remain in private app storage (Room database and private files) on your device.

2. AI Processing and External Transmission

When you explicitly trigger AI analysis, summarization, or memory extraction, O-NEUL sends the text content of your journal, user prompt notes, and previous memory candidates to Google's Gemini API.

• Raw audio files are NOT transmitted directly to AI servers; only transcribed text is sent.
• Users who do not wish to transmit data to AI services can continue to use all local recording, playback, writing, and search features without requesting AI organization.

3. Photos and Videos

• Photos and videos selected from your gallery remain in their original location; the App stores only a reference URI to display them.
• Photos taken via the App are stored under Pictures/O-NEUL, and videos under Movies/O-NEUL on your device.
• Photos and videos are never sent for AI analysis.
• Deleting a journal entry does not delete original photos or videos from your gallery.

4. Retention and Deletion

• Local Deletion: You can delete individual journals, use "Manage my records > Delete all records" in settings, or clear app data in Android system settings.
• Google Drive Sync Deletion: Drive sync data can be deleted through "Delete Drive sync data" in app settings or via Google Account settings.
• App Uninstall: Uninstalling the App removes all local database entries and audio files according to Android OS standards.

5. Backup, Encryption & Google Drive Sync

When you create a manual backup, files are encrypted using AES-GCM with a key derived from your user-provided password.

6. App Permissions

• Microphone: To record voice journals
• Camera: To capture photos/videos when requested by the user
• Notifications: To show recording status and reminders
• Internet: For user-requested AI analysis, Google sign-in, Google Drive sync, and App Check
• Receive boot completed: To reschedule journal reminders after device restart
• Foreground service: To continue recording while the app is in the background

7. Advertising & Tracking

The current version of O-NEUL does not include advertising SDKs, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or user-behavior tracking SDKs.

8. Children's Privacy

O-NEUL is not designed for children under 14 years of age.
